Architect with a PhD in Design, she graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Florence, under the chair of Prof. Roberto Segoni. She then obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Design at the same University. Since 2009, she carries out research at the Department of Architecture of the University of Florence, in the field of interior design, product design and service design, focusing in particular on Design Driven Innovation, Technology Driven Innovation, Ergonomics and Product Usability, Human-Centered Design and Experience Driven Design. She has published numerous essays, books and papers on her research topics, and has participated in national and international events and conferences.
