Marco Marseglia 2011年毕业于佛罗伦萨大学设计专业，于2016年获得佛罗伦萨大学设计专业博士研究学位，论文：Design Process and Sustainability: methods and tools for products and/or services design《设计过程和可持续性：产品或者服务设计方式方法和工具》。多次参与欧盟研究项目，包括有国家级别和地方级别，主要关注产品和家居设计项目中以可持续环境为设计参考。自2010年起在DIDA工作，也是可持续设计实验室（LDS - DIDALABS）调研团队成员。自2015年起任教于本科工业设计专业并从2019年起作为佛罗伦萨大学研究生产品设计专业教授。最新的发表有：Sostenibilità e Progetto: metodi e strumenti di intervento《可持续和项目：方式和工具的介入》发表于书籍Francesca Tosi, Isabella Patti, Alessia Brischetto, Design Open Air.
