Elisabetta Benelli graduated and specialized, with honours, at the University of Florence with a thesis on Design for All. She is currently vice-president of the Master's Degree in Fashion System Design. A student of Roberto Segoni, since the Nineties she has conducted educational activities in Design and Fashion workshops and research on Communication, Product and Fashion Design. Since 2016, as Associate Professor, she has worked at the School of Architecture at the Design Campus of the DIDA Department of the University of Florence. She writes books, essays and articles on design culture. She has participated in numerous national and international research projects in the field of Product and Fashion Design, and for several years has taught and conducted research in these fields.
