Marco Marseglia graduated in Design in 2011 from the University of Florence and in 2016 obtained his PhD in Design from the same University, with a thesis entitled Design Process and Sustainability: Methods and Tools for Products and/or Services Design. He has participated in European Union research programs, both at national and regional level, focusing on product design and furniture with particular reference to environmental sustainability. Since 2010 he has collaborated with DIDA (Department of Architecture of the University of Florence) and is a member of the research group at the Design Laboratory for Sustainability (LDS - DIDALABS). Since 2015 he is Professor of Design on the Three-year Degree Course in Industrial Design and since 2019 Professor of Product Design on the Master's Degree course (UNIFI).
