Francesca Tosi is professor of Industrial Design at University of Florence, where she leads the Laboratory of Ergonomics & Design (LED). Her research and academic activity is focused on Product innovation, Ergonomics in Design/Human-Centred Design/UX and Design for All/Inclusive Design. She has directed and directs research programs on the national and international level in the fields of product innovation, health and care design, inclusive design for urban and collective spaces, inclusive design for museum spaces and itineraries. On this topic she has published numerous monographs, essays and articles in national and international magazines, and she has curated conferences, exhibitions and installations.
