Field of study: Social History of Art

Her main field of research centers around various aspects of the history of Florence between the thirteenth and sixteenth centuries, including the development of Florentine art investigated through the social, economic and political history, and the history of health care and charity assistance in the Florentine area. Since 2014 she has mentored Chinese teachers and students delivering Sino-Italian culture lessons for the Tongji Florence Overseas Campus project and the AAP Florence Study Center project, organized by the Department of Architecture of the University of Florence.
